Myron W. Babcock

Myron W. Babcock Sr., age 81 of 204 Miller Street, Sycamore, Ohio died at 6:16 P.M., Friday, January 20, 2023 at his daughter’s residence. He was born on January 6, 1942 in Sycamore, Ohio to Clifford and Kathryn (England) Babcock. He married Beuton (Latham) Babcock on November 18, 1996 and she survives in Sycamore. 

Surviving are the following children, Tabitha Babcock, rural Sycamore, Ohio, Sandy Wise, rural Sycamore, Ohio, Wayne (Vicky) Babcock Jr., rural Sycamore, Ohio and Sam Babcock, Toledo, Ohio. Also surviving are seven grandchildren, four great-grandchildren and a brother, Jim Babcock, rural Sycamore, Ohio. He was preceded in death by a daughter, Kathryn Babcock, one brother, Ted Babcock, and a sister, Mary Naugle. 

Myron was a self-employed truck driver and a junk dealer. He was a social member of the Bucyrus Amvets, loved to fish, hunt, go to auctions, enjoyed riding his four- wheeler, but especially loved spending time with his grandchildren and great-grandchildren.                                                                                       

At Myron’s request there will be no funeral services.
