Irene M Corfman

Irene M. Corfman, age 86 formerly of Sycamore, Ohio died at 9:33 A.M. Monday, May 18, 2020 at the Wyandot County Skilled Nursing and Rehab Center, Upper Sandusky, Ohio. She was born on March 19, 1934 in Cairnbrook, Pennsylvania to Willaim B. and Jessie (McKinney) Strait. She married Duane Corfman on March 26, 1954 and he survives.                                                                                                                                                             

Surviving are the following children, Twila Lacey, Lucas, Ohio, Kathy (Robert) Kilbride, Upper Sandusky, Ohio. Randy Corfman, Leesburg, Indiana and Brian Corfman, Carey, Ohio. Also surviving are seven grandchildren, ten great-grandchildren and two brothers, Joseph (Dena) Strait, Green Springs, Ohio and Clarence (Jan) Strait, Tiffin, Ohio. She was preceded in death by four brothers and her parents.                                              

Irene was a homemaker, 1952 graduate of Melmore High School and loved to sew, make crafts and loved to bake and can.                                                                                                                                                                                       

Due to the coronavirus the funeral service will be private.
